Career
Guess what my future plans are? Since I can remember I have always wanted to become a teacher. As a little girl I would always want to play school because it was the one thing that entertained me the most; and many of my teachers have been a true inspiration in my life. My family has always been extremely supportive of me and my education. I am currently an English major here at George Mason University, and I am minoring in Earth Systems Science. After I graduate in May 2006, I will begin grad school to obtain my teaching certificate, then move on to get my Masters degree. I love working with people of all ages, but I have decided to teach elementary because for some reason I find it to be most rewarding. I have been active in my community since I was ten years old. I have volunteered at numerous places, contributed to many community projects, and worked in many companies that serve the areas I live in.
