Who's Got The V.D.?
(Monthly Special©, that is?)

M.O.T.S. has gone and done it again: cranking out the second of his year-long monthly series, with the February 2001 Valentine's Day Monthly Special.
Recorded in the Summit Studios on Sunday, February 11, 2001, this most recent extraveganza features some hot new hits from Blink 182 and 3 Doors Down, plus classic trax from Boz Scaggs, Hall & Oates, and Guns 'N Roses.
"This show kicks ass," said M.O.T.S. in his latest press interview. "We're finally getting into the groove of things. I think the JerzyRockers will love this show, and not just because it's Valentine's Day!"
The show also features an excerpt of the SupeRock classic show Hello, Jersey!, from New Providence, NJ, in 1987. "We hadda play it," M.O.T.S. said, "because the 14th Anniversary of WRCK/WRLL SupeRock-JerzyRock is coming up soon. I didn't want to miss it, so we included the VERY FIRST SOUNDS of Bentz and me on the air in New Jersey."M.O.T.S. Kicks Valentine Ass!
The clip replays the preparation and beginning of the boyz's trip to the Livingston Mall, on March 12, 1987. Listeners can relive those first few minutes of SupeRock Radio in the New York Metro Area, the actual birth of what was to become WRLL-JerzyRock Radio.
And not to be forgotten is the continuing celebration of the Sylver Anniversary of The Spirit of '76 -- with the countdown of the Billboard #1's for February 1976. With each monthly special, M.O.T.S. will continue to spotlight those Spirit's which reached the top of the charts throughout the Year of the Century in Music.
"Yes, it's available on CD and cassette," M.O.T.S. continued. "And those who want the cassette will get TWO bonus tracks this month."
Chuck Spacer, the engineer for the series, confirmed that the February Special is a little longer than the January show -- both on CD and cassette. "The January CD was about 70-1/2 minutes long, but the February show is almost 75 minutes total! And the cassette version is a full 8 minutes longer!"
The extended format February V.D. Special is now ready to ship -- and you can have the show on cassette, CD, or both! Remember, supplies are limited -- and availability cannot be guaranteed.
