This house is ideally located in the heart of Dinan on the medieval Rue du Jerzual, which is a peaceful pedestrianised street.  Just a 100 metres from the ancient heart of Dinan with its wealth of restaurants, galleries, shops and bustling Thursday market.

The house retains many original features, including oak beams throughout, massive granite fireplace and oak spiral staircase.

The large living area/kitchen (well equipped including washing machine) leads to an enclosed courtyard garden.

First floor - w/c/bathroom and master bedroom with roof top views.

Second floor - three single beds with roof top views.

The house has gas central heating.  Patio furniture.  Easy parking at 30 metres.  Duvets and pillows provided, but you must provide your own linen, towels, etc.

Beaches - 20 k, Canal Path, cycling - 1 k, Swimming Pool - 3 k,
Golf courses throughout the region.  English Caretaker.

Prices:

Low Season - £250       Mid Season -  £350       Peak Season - £450

Generally the house is available on a Saturday change over basis.  However, this can be varied by negotiation.
