| The information below has taken over 2 years to research, organize and finally start to post to a web page. At times it has been very frustrating, and thoughts of putting aside has come across my mind. But then I will receive an email or a telephone call with a little more information and than the obsession takes hold again. I hope everyone will enjoy reading the next few pages, and hopefully will contribute to the site. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| MACIVERS-The next part is dedicated to my Grandmother Dorothy Hazel MacIver side, the MacIver ancestors. It is my understanding that my grgreatgrandfather Daniel, was from Inverness Scotland, where his family had a hotel and fishing business back in the very early 1800's. He went to Canada possibly in the early 1840's where he had a total of 11 children. Some I have been able to find information on, but the search continues. My grgreatgrandmother was Margaret but to date have been unable to find her last name. I have been able to find their final resting place in Linden, New Jersey. My grgrandfather was Daniel Albert MacIver and he was married to Sydnia Fitzpatrick of Ballyshannon Ireland. I have found different spelling variations of the name in the family as well. October 2001 I was able to locate a cousin who has helped with finding more ancestors. Thank you Margaret Mills | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| COFFEY-Next I will post what I have been able to find on my Grandfather John Joseph Coffey side of the family. His father was Charles Coffey of Woodbridge, New Jersey, who was married to Agnes Dunham of Woodbridge, New Jersey. My Grgreatgrandfather was William Coffey who was married to Ellen Daniel both born in Donegal, Ireland. I will include what I have been able to find. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| DUNHAMS-The next part is that of my grgrandmother, Agnes Dunham ancestors. Although family goes back to the late 1600's in Woodbridge New Jersey information has been very hard to find on family, but will show what I have found. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
