CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Indochina Minerals Limited (“The Company”) is a Perth, Western Australia based company with offices and operations in China. 

As a first step and to fast track its entry into China, the Company acquired the Chinese subsidiary operations of Caledon Resources Plc.  These subsidiaries control several incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures with Chinese partners containing gold and polymetallic projects and a skilful technical team with many years experience operating in China and Indochina
