They lived in VA; Monroe Co., KY; Schuyler Co., ILL; Fulton Co., ILL. He was affiliated with the Methodist , and posibly also an Episcopal . There is no information on Julia CURTLEY'S parents. and no furhter information on William's Parents. They had 7 children: 1. Pascal C. CARTER, b. UKN, d. UKN; 2. William Bell CARTER, b. 13 Jun 1822 Monroe Co., KY, d. 16 June 1906, Fulton Co., ILL, married 1846 to Melvina (last name UKN); 3. Simeon Lewis CARTER, (found above); 4.
