How many bikes can I rent?
You can rent as many bikes at one time as we have stocked. If you are planning for a large group or need a specialty bike, reserve early for best chance of availability.
Do you take walk-in?
We do take same-day reservations. An early reservation will provide the greatest chance of availability, especially if multiple rental days are required.
How long can I rent a bike?
You can rent a bike for a half-day(4-8 hours), one or multiple full-days(24 hours), or a week(7 days). The most common rentals are for a full-day(24 hours).
Can I make a reservation online?
Currently, we do not have an option to make a reservation through our website. Reservations can be made over the phone and at our facility. Reservation requests can be made through email, but will need to be completed by phone or in person so that we can get your credit card information. We ask you not to send your credit card number in an email.
Do you provide helmets?
A clean helmet will be provided with every bike rental at no additional charge.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged at the time of the reservation confirmation. You will be charged an additional half-day if the rental is not returned by the 24-hour rental period. In the event of a no-show, the renter will forfeit the cost of the full-day rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded the full price of your reservation. However, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the time of your reservation pickup. Failing to do so will result in a forfeit of the full cost of one full-day rental and the forfeit of the reservation. The cost of any additional days that have been paid for will be refunded.

Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm
Sundays 1pm - 5pm
We are closed on every major holiday.
