Site Updates

March 29th 2004
Have added more links to Jeremy fan sites.

March 10th 2004
Ok. I admit that I just can't stand not updating anything to the site even for a day. As you've noticed I've added more links and I also thought of something fun for you guys to do. I've uploaded an exclusive video somewhere on this site (don't know if you have seen it or not but I think many haven't). The catch is that you have to look for a small smiley () to get to the exclusive page! Happy Hunting! More updates to come soon. Oh ya, this will only be available until Friday the 12th so you gotta be quick!

March 7th 2004
Not much update, just added a Tell-A-Friend feature for visitor to tell their friends about this site through email. It's in the links page and I've also added a few more links. This week will be kinda hectic for me because of school stuffs so there's not gonna be much update except if there's news. Sorry, guys. Will hopefully make a big update once everything related to school clears up.

March 6th 2004
Had midterms last few days so didn't get time to update. The Shop section is open so now you can get stuffs through here. I've also added links to official Peter Pan stuffs to download on the downloads page. Had to cut down the size for the DVD trailer because I'm running out of space.

March 2nd 2004
A countdown to the release of the Peter Pan DVD is now added above. I've added a guestbook for you to sign. On the main page, it's under the poll. It is also displayed throughout the site on the left bar of the site. I've also added a new site on the links page. The Love Ya Lots Jeremy Sumpter Fan Site is now listed in the links page. Thanks for placing a link to this site from your site.

March 1st 2004
Loads of stuffs are made available now. All links are working perfectly. I've updated the bios of Jeremy and Rachel. I've set up a small gallery of pictures and selected reviews of Peter Pan. I've posted a my first wallpaper for download. I've also added my trailer for the Peter Pan DVD. Added a banner to promote the DVD.

The Big Update!
March 27th 2004

Okay, finals are not over until like two weeks from now. By then I would've lost a lot of visitors because of the lack of updates. Since I'm bored with studying, I've decided to finish the big big update I promised today. The site now has more pages filled with information on everything that is Jeremy and Rachel. Here's a list of updates I made:

1. The 'About' page is revamped and nicely done this time with more information on both Jeremy and Rachel and also the movies they were in so go check them out. Oh yeah, also information about the site are in there.
2. The image gallery in the 'Media' section is bigger and better. They are now also categorized!
3. More downloads to enjoy! There's a new wallpaper I made, a hotbar skin and.......the new music video I promised earlier this month. I didn't want to put it up early cause you guys might be bored if I did too many videos in a short period of time. The next one is on its way, though!
4. I've provided information on the DVDs in 'Shop' page so that you can check the details.
5. There's a new poll to vote! Check it out on the top left of the page.

That's about it. Although there's like only 5 updates to the site but those updates are big. I also like to point out to everyone that I do take suggestions and comments. I need them to make this better for you guys. I also would like it if you guys have anything to submit to the site like news, infos, fan art or anything else. Just send it to me and I'll think about where to put it. Of course, you will be credited for your great works. Please.....please... sign my guestbook! You can use it to write comments or anything. It's like empty in there. Really appreciate it, you guys. Thanx also to those who have emailed me with your comments. Keep 'em comin'!

Listen Up: I'm planning to make a awards showcase for this site. I need your input as to what categories I should put in like Best Peter Pan Scene, Best DVD Of Jeremy And Rachel or even Best Dressed. Suggest anything you like(category name and maybe the nominees as well) through email. If there are enough support and suggestion, then I will continue with it. So start thinking!

P/S: I checked out 'Adaptation' and unfortunately, Jeremy was nowhere to be found in the film. However, it is a very good film to watch. I reckon you go check it out.

Jeremy Sumpter In Japan
March 26th 2004

Finally found something about Jeremy's visit to Japan. It's not much but an interview he did about playing Peter Pan. It was at the Japanese Peter Pan Official Site. Found only small pictures of him. Click on image for more pictures. On the right is the picture Japan is using for the release of the movie there. Isn't it adorable? It might be that they want to focus more on telling people that it is a love story. Why didn't they do that in the first place? I'll keep you updated if more news arrive.

Peter Pan Weekend Box-Office Round-Up
March 23rd 2004

On the international front, Peter Pan went to number one in Thailand for the first week of March. We made a mistake about the takings from The-Numbers.com. Those are cummulation of both international and domestic gross. It total worldwide gross has now reached an estimated $96, 255, 485. Thanks to BoxOfficeMojo.com for the numbers.

Special Website Update! (Updated)
March 16th 2004

Ok, I know this has nothing to do with Jeremy or Rachel in the news but I just had to post this on this part of the web. Not only has the site reached 1000 page views since it started back in February but I'm also proud to announce that the site has received the prestigious Golden Web Award 2003-2004. Thank you all visitors who have made this site a success. I'm looking forward to more in the coming times. I know I haven't been updating much but I hope you guys will keep coming back for news and updates. I promise that when my finals are over, there's gonna be a big update so watch out for that. Once again, thanx to all.

March 19th 2004 : I'm now also a member of the Fan Site Consortium as you can see from the banner on the right and also at the main page. It's an organization that's sorta like a central place for all fan site developers. If you have a fan site, you should join. It will probably help to get more people to come to your site (Hope so!).

Jeremy Sumpter In Mexico
March 10th 2004

Hah! After heaps of searching around the Worlld Wide Web, I have finally found pictures of Jeremy Sumpter and Jason Isaacs promoting Peter Pan in Mexico last weekend. The articles I found was in Spanish so can't really make out the details even using Google (they translate Peter Pan as Peter Bread :))) It says that they signed autographs to thousands of children and their parents who came to the premiere. They were to do press interviews that Monday, gotta look for that now. I still haven't found any Japan photos. Anyone? Email me. Click image for full pictures.

Jeremy Sumpter To Star In Upcoming CBS Drama Pilot
March 10th 2004

Probably the most breaking news to be heard so far! Jeremy Sumpter has landed the lead role in a new CBS pilot titled 'The Clubhouse', a coming-of-age drama about a Yankees batboy according to Yahoo! News and Zap2it. So now we know what his next project is. Probably no new movies for a while but we'll get to see Jeremy's face every week now! He will be starring alongside Christopher Lloyd (Back To The Future), Dean Cain (Lois & Clark), Kirsten Storms, Dan Byrd, JD Pardo and Marc Donato. The show will be under Spelling Television (7th Heaven & Charmed) and Icon Productions. More updates to come! Meanwhile, you can vote for that show to be the most anticipated new show of next season at Futon Critic. CSI: New York is in the lead right now (obviously).

Peter Pan Weekend Box Office Update
March 10th 2004

Well, it's that time again where there's nothing to report except the box office progress of our beloved movie Peter Pan (can you believe that there's no news of the international premieres those two went?). According to report from Box-Office Mojo, although their domestic box-office takings are 6.4% lower than the week before, they manage to climb up the charts one place to number 39 with a gross of $142, 750 (Yeay!). The movie's total worldwide gross rose up to $88, 533, 080. I'm not sure if this is including the domestic grosses but it sure is a good number. So come on people, keep making everyone go see Peter Pan. I really want this movie to be a big success. One way to convince them is to ask them to watch the Peter Pan/My Immortal video, it worked for me. ;D Credits to The-numbers.com for the worldwide gross.

Jeremy Sumpter in Mexico this weekend (Updated)
March 4th 2004

El Economista reported that Jeremy Sumpter and Jason Isaacs will be visiting Mexico this weekend to promote the theaterical release of Peter Pan. The article was in Spanish so I used Google to translate the site. I can't quite make out the real meaning of some of the sentences but I think it is saying that they are to attend the premiere of the movie on Sunday at the National Auditorium? There's also no indication that Rachel Hurd-Wood will be attending the premiere. What happened to her? Where is she? Jeremy himself reported on his official site that he will be busy promoting Peter Pan around the world. It is rumored that he is currently in Japan right now. Anybody living in these countries who are going to the premieres? Please email me if you have stuffs like photos, articles or merchandises. I might be willing to purchase them.

March 9th 2004 : Mark Roberts Management informed us that Rachel would probably be attending to some of the premieres but he didn't know of any details. My guess is that she'll be at the European premieres because it's closer to home. Anyone with details can email me. Thanx to madpudding(the site's news correspondent!) for contacting Mark Roberts.

It's official! We are open for business!
March 1st 2004

Welcome to my Jeremy and Rachel Site. Today is the day my website is officially open. All links on this site are working perfectly. However, the shop is not open as I've yet to collect information on available merchandises besides the DVD. The next few weeks will see updates on the site as I'm planning to gradually updating it with lots of features. Soon, we'll have another music video, you can say it's the sequel to 'My Immortal', meanwhile check out my very own Peter Pan DVD Trailer at the downloads page. More stuffs will be updated on the Media page soon. I'll add more links to make my links page as the definitive Jeremy and Rachel website directory (hopefully!). Filmography is to be placed inside the About page. I've also got a new poll! Please vote honestly as it really matters. Now there's a guestbook for all to sign!

HAVE FUN SURFING THE SITE!
