Peter Pan Weekend Box Office Update (Updated) February 29th 2004 Since there's not much news going on with Jeremy and Rachel, I thought I'd report on the chart progrsses of Peter Pan at the Box Office. This weekend, Peter Pan is still dropping the charts screening at only 313 cinemas in the US last weekend. The estimated collection for last weekend (27th-29th) is to be at about $135,000. 38% lower than last week which brings the total box-office collection to $47,768,000.00 in 10 weeks. The worldwide gross of Peter Pan is reaching $74,200,000.00 and still there are more countries it hasn't been released in including Japan. By the numbers, it looks like it's doing well but it'll need double of that to make up for its production cost as worldwide grosses doesn't 100% go back to the movie. Peter Pan will open in Poland next week. Thanks to Box-OfficeMojo.com for the weekend estimate. Thanks to The-numbers.com for the worldwide gross. March 2nd 2004: The actual weekend gross of Peter Pan is more than estimated which is $152, 490 making it drop from number 35 last week to 40 this week in the charts bringing its cummulative total in the US to $47,785,570.00. Thanks to Box-OfficeMojo.com for the numbers. |

Was Jeremy really in 'Adaptation'? February 26th 2004 I was going through Jeremy Sumpter articles when I stumbled upon a news I have never heard of. According to an article from Killermovies.com, Jeremy was to star as a 'Young Chris Cooper' in the Nicholas Cage movie, Adaptation. Another site reported that his name was listed in the movie's page at IMDB during the production of the film. So was he in that movie? I haven't seen it. Can somebody please inform me? Could it be that he quit the movie or his scenes were cut? Please email me if anyone has answers.

He attended the "Snow White - An Enchanting New Musical" premiere in Anaheim. Here are some photos of him arriving and with Captain Hook which was taken from Wireimages.com. Sorry for the lack of Rachel news. She seems to be doing less stuffs since Peter Pan. |
