yey--the sun came out, and the roads cleared up enough for me to get back to my dorm. i can't believe it's been several weeks since i was last able to get inside. well, technically, i couldn't get in today either--my card key refused to work. i wonder what fuck-up to expect this time.
"sorry, we didn't realize you were staying for spring so we assigned your room to somebody else and are out of rooms!" .. the sad thing is, knowing this university, i'm only half-joking. heh.
but i'm back. beam. not that i didn't love being at angela's -- i'm bowled over that they've opened their home this much to me. because of them, i am able to feel grounded when i need to, and i appreciate that. and my parents appreciate it, too. :)
eh! it's cold. stiff fingers, and all that. and i've got plenty of blankets and pillows to carry back to my dorm room. it'll be alright. i noticed a fairly large number of small, one-foot high snowmen standing about where you'd least expect them. the football field. outside one of the dorm entrances. a car roof.
