The anime DVDs for sale here are either fansubbed animes on DVD or copies of HK releases which are screened on video and audio quality, as well as subtitling.

This screening makes sure you never end up with a copy (burned on Memorex DVD+R 4X discs) of a HK DVD that's not even fun to watch.
All titles for sale here are (HK) DVD quality, with excellent English subtitles. If the quality is any less than that, it is explicitly stated for that particular item. Some fansubbed titles which are quite old, for example, go for less money because they are not DVD quality; they were taken off a VHS or VCD source. The product description will always state this. Most of my fansubbed titles, however, are very HIGH quality, to the extent you can hardly tell the difference between DVD and DivX quality.
