What type of DVDs do you sell?

I sell DVD+R discs, so check if your player can read them (and not just DVD-R). My discs are region free and are playable everywhere in the world.

What about the subtitle track and audio? Can they be changed?

Since half of my titles are fansubs, no, they can't. If I have a DVD for sale that has English OR Dutch OR French subtitles, you can choose which subs you want. You can't have them all :)

Do you accept payment options besides Paypal?

Yes, occasionally I do. For instance, if you live in the UK you can transfer money to my HSBC bank account, and if you live in Holland, you can transfer money to my giro. I also accept Western Union, but I wouldn't recommend it because it's quite expensive.

Why do you sell only movies?

Because they can be copied quite easily (I have a recorder, not a DVD-R burner). Series take too long :(

Selling copies is illegal.

Making copies for backup purposes is legal. By buying them, you make clear to me you own an original of the DVD. Besides, most titles on this site aren't even licensed yet.

My parcel hasn't arrived. Now what?

The parcels are sent through Airmail (Priority Service). If you want your parcel to be on registered mail, you will have to pay extra shipping. In that case I can track where your parcel went. But rest assured, no parcel I sent out has ever been lost except one. Out of a hundred parcels, I'd say that's a fair score! :)
