Jumbo Jennie's Favourite Recipes


These are some of my favourite meals that I have tried since starting my WW program.  I have shown the points value on each meal.

Breakfasts

I usually eat a couple of pieces of toast with vegemite or Weet Bix & milk every morning, but when I'm not in such a rush, here's some yummy breakfasts I eat:

2 crumpets with banana sliced on top and smothered in 1 tablespoon of honey
(4 points)

1 soft boiled egg with 2 pieces of toast cut into fingers and dipped into the egg
(3 points)

2 muffins spread with WW jam
(4 points)

1 apple, 1 banana, 1 orange cut into pieces and smothered in one tub of Nestle diet yoghurt
(4.5 points)

Lunches

My lunch is usually a sandwich or roll with salad and a slice of meat.  I no longer spread butter on my bread, instead, I have started eating mustard!

Other lunches I enjoy is a big bowl of steamed vegetables with pasta sauce poured over the top.  This is quick and easy, the vegetables are 0 points, and pasta sauce is only 1 point per 1/4 cup!

The WW soups in the tin are yummy with a bread roll

Dinners

Yum, yum, yum is all I can say.  I have purchased a couple of the WW recipe books and tried some of the meals.  I have also cooked some of the meals from my little books I get each week, and I have found some lovely recipes in other cook books I have.  Here are my favourite dinners (I will add more as I experiment with more dishes!):

1
