These are some of my
favourite meals that I have tried since starting my WW program. I
have shown the points value on each meal.
2 crumpets with banana sliced
on top and smothered in 1 tablespoon of honey
(4 points)
1 soft boiled egg with 2
pieces of toast cut into fingers and dipped into the egg
(3 points)
2 muffins spread with WW
jam
(4 points)
1 apple, 1 banana, 1 orange
cut into pieces and smothered in one tub of Nestle diet yoghurt
(4.5 points)

Other lunches I enjoy is a big bowl of steamed vegetables with pasta sauce poured over the top. This is quick and easy, the vegetables are 0 points, and pasta sauce is only 1 point per 1/4 cup!
The WW soups in the tin are
yummy with a bread roll
