| The boat has three berths and a pentry
amidships on the starboard side. Some apparently have some sort of
toilet or porta potti on the port side, but mine hasn't. Instead I have
an electric panel and a small chart navigation table there. Early Alacrities have only one single window on either side. The later ones have two windows and are also called Alacrity Mk2. An example of an older Alacrity is Bob Hendry's Elsie Too, (no 171) while my own boat is a Mk2 (no 350). Here is a scan of the Original sales brochure. Thanks to Ted Walls. And here is another brochure about both Vivacity and Alacrity. Thanks to Ben Gilchrist. And here are some sketches of the hull's square foot area. (Thanks to Ron Hack).
