Jim and Moe fed all of us on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Moe called his meal “The Cock And Balls”.

It was a carbon encrusted bratwurst with a large, strategically placed dollop of macaroni and cheese.

Now you know why there are no photographs of that meal.

The next evening, Jim (shown to the left) let his turkey smoker do the talking.

Jim took care to get his smoker set up on a stable platform, away from the cabin.

This old blanket shielded the smoker from the cold wind.

There was hardly any snow this year.

But the temperatures were chilly and the northern winds were stiff.
