 Dear Students My web site has been receiving a large amount of traffic recently. My web host's records indicate that my site is using more than the allotted amount of data transfer (3GB/month). That means that during the past few days they had to temporarily turn my site off to keep the bandwidth within this limit. Large files such as images and multimedia files can affect data transfer greatly. A single web page that contains 200KB of images will only be able to be viewed about 20~25 times an hour. By keeping the large file (pdf) downloads to during low traffic hours only, you can maximize the amount of page views. I appreciate your cooperation. |
