8/26/01 I decided that some friends are only as good as what you put into them. I have a thing where I will not play games with girls because I just do not understand the rules and I will give up without playing. I will neither play games with friends because I think that it is just not worse it, I do not need this in my life I can not be there for a friend when a friend is not there for me. I have to rethink where I am placing my energy since I believe that I have been putting importance on people that I should not have. I have what you call spring-cleaning every once in awhile, I rethink my friendships and see if that the amount of energy that I put into a friendship is reciprocated or not, if they do not make it I will cut them out of my life. You cannot let dead wood just stay on you because it is comfortable because they will have ill effects on you and the other branches that you have. |
