I had trouble getting the left wing doubler to line up with the holes in the left spar. 
Turns out I had the wrong factory attach angles for the three inboard nose ribs. 
I took two pictures of the problem. 
The first picture shows a large gap between the nose rib aft flange and the spar. 
I was able to place two rivet gauges between the flange and the spar.
The second picture shows that the same attach angle is used for the third and fourth nose ribs, despite the extra space of the final spar doubler.

Here two wide angle views and a view showing the mismatched holes on the wing doubler.

Once Vans was alerted to my problem, they fixed my problem in five days! AWESOME. Thanks Scott.
