Frieza
Freeza is basically the king of the universe since he was the strongest fighter. He orders his underlings to find the Namek Dragonballs for him so he can obtain eternal life. Goku and company show up to stop him but Freeza keeps changing forms with each one vastly stronger than the last. It took Goku to go Super Saiyan to beat his forth and final form at 100% maximum power. Freeza has a lot of pride and he constantly shows disgust at the Saiyan for being only stupid monkeys. He always believed that he'd come out on top even when he came to Earth to have revenge on Goku but was later killed by Trunks.
