The Environmental Bill of Rights (EBR) is perhaps one of the most
comprehensive pieces of environmental legislation ever drafted. Combining and
updating previous legislation to protect water quality, air quality, land, wildlife and
the various ecosystems. Additionally, the EBR establishes a number of regulatory and
investigatory bodies, including the Environmental Enforcement Team (EET), a team of
specialists capable of enforcing the EBR. |
