First starting as a chef and working her way up, Christina has always had a passion for authentic italian food. Soon she would take over her familys buisness and turn the resturant around. Pasta Amore is now one of the most famous italian spot on the planet.
Rafael was originally hired as a line cook at Pasta Amore and, in the space of only a few years, advanced first to Sous Chef and then, in 2007, was promoted to become Head Chef of Pasta Amore.
In 2010, Chef Javier joined Pasta Amore as Executive Sous Chef and quickly became an indispensable asset to the restaurant, bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched.
Originally from Lola, Pablo become one of the best servers in the country. He then joined Pasta Amore in 2013, and soon ranked to one of the best servers in the resturant.
Known as the most food knowledgable server in the business, Elsa knows her way inside and out of each and every item served at Pasta Amore. She joined the team in 2014 and loves every day at the resturant.
Chabeli has one of the best memories that has ever been seen with a server. She believes in knowing all customers just by their face alone. Chabeli is one of the most requested servers in the resturant.
