| December 3, 2002 33 Weeks already. The end is fast approaching! Eeeeek. It will certainly be nice to have my body back to myself and to be able to sleep again and all that stuff, but I will miss this little man very much! I have forgotten what it feels like to not have constant movement in my belly :-) I feel like I am losing my brain. Seriously some things I do are so stupid and I forget everything! A few days ago I sent Deb and email asking for her address, which I have been given probably about 10 times before but always seem to lose. So she sent it to me again, so I could mail the video and pictures to her. After forgetting for many days to tape the moving belly home video onto the ultrasound video I finally remembered last night to get it done. So I wrapped it all up and went to address it. Of course I hadn't written down the address so I went to my email box to find it. After an "incident" with my email yesterday I had erased most of my emails in all my folders and along with those I had erased the address!!! So I had to write Deb again today to ask for the address. I felt so stupid! But I know it will keep happening, lol. I have no idea what it is about pregnancy that makes me become such a bonehead, but it happens everytime! I'm feeling just fine physically though :-) My back gets sore if I stand for too long, but at least it gives me an excuse to sit down lots, hehehe. I'm 33 weeks pregnant December 7, 2002 Deb and Henry finally got the video last night. Deb emailed me and said "WOW!! Amazing!! Was he ever moving!!" I thought they would get a kick out of seeing this active little baby! I've been pretty grouchy lately. I'm sure it's a combination of the hormones and lack of sleep and the fact that my back seems to always be sore. So although I will miss the baby when he's gone, I will say that I'd like to evict him as soon as it's safe!!! Around New Year's Day would be great! Of course, I'm thinking I'll deliver closer to February, but I can dream can't I? I took some more belly pictures last night. Click here to see the album. |

| I am 33 weeks 4 days pregnant December 9, 2002 Well, it's my little girl's birthday today. How on earth have 3 years gone by already??? Deb sent a package for us today. In it were lots of things for the kids to decorate the windows with for Christmas, a card for Caylen (which she hasn't opened yet because she hasn't woken up yet!) and lots of neat little Christmas stuff. And there was this cute snowman family with a man, a woman and a little guy in between and she said it was to remind me of the family I was helping to create. It was so sweet, and of course I love it and will keep it forever! And there was also one more thing she sent and I think it's hilarious! Just the other day I was mentioning how I forget everything, lose everything, and had to keep asking her for her address. Well, in the package came a little laminated card with their address, phone #, cell phone #s and work phone #s! Lol, there's no excuse for me not knowing now!!! Just have to remember to put it in my purse, hehehe. I'm so glad to have it though, I actually had a nightmare the other night that I went into labor and couldn't think of their phone # and couldn't find it anywhere. I'm 33 weeks 6 days pregnant (only 6 weeks left!!!) December 11, 2002 I had my appt with Dr L yesterday. Everything went great. My blood pressure is normal, heartbeat is good and I've gained a little less than a pound in the last 3 weeks bringing the total up to 11lbs. I'm measuring 35 1/2cm and she told me the baby feels big. So she is contemplating sending me for another ultrasound in January to see if he's huge or not. I assume she would induce me a little early if he's huge, but I doubt he's really that large. I don't think he'll be as big as Tayler and Caylen were (8lbs 10oz and 8lbs 13oz), but I"ve been wrong about many things in this pregnancy so far, so we'll have to wait and see how things turn out!! I'm hoping we do have another ultrasound, and I know Deb is hoping too. It's fun to see how he's doing in there. She also said she thinks he's head down. But of course last night he was practicing for the Olympics again and found a new position. He's quite the character. I don't think I'll know for sure what position he'll be in for delivery until the day I go into labor! I'm supposed to go back on the 23rd or 24th for my next appt. I have to remember to book that today! I'm feeling good today. I actually got some sleep last night!!! I have been so exhausted lately and can't ever get enough sleep. I'm up all night tossing and turning because I'm uncomfortable, making trips to the bathroom and being woken up early. Last night I went to bed at 8pm! And I slept until 9:15 this morning. It was terrific! Yesterday Jason and I took the kids out for lunch. We sat in a booth and I couldn't fit! This happened to me all the time when I was carrying the twins, but it's the first time it's happened with this pregnancy. Too funny to try and sit down and you can't squeeze in, lol. But that was all that was available, so I sat a little sideways for a while. Then the baby did a big move and I had lots of room. I guess he didn't like being squished either! I'm 34 weeks 1 days pregnant |
