Tutoring" |
All of the above can work, but some are very slow and can prove to be very tedious and exasperating. We would suggest that the first 2 are in this category. School instruction is available, but only for some of the Programs and it is a very slow process, it takes a lot of time and lacks personal attention. Some Organizations, (Computer Clubs) etc., offer Courses which can prove very beneficial, but again the program choice is limited and these also take a lot of time.
In our opinion it is hard to beat "Private Tutoring" one on one, or in a small group. It is without a doubt the fastest, the least painful and most important, it offers the most personal attention. We believe our Internet\Windows Course offers the best and fastest way for people to obtain the individual Training they require. This Course covers 18 topics and is very complete. Over 100 Participants have completed this course to date. Most of them are now active with all aspects of the Internet. The Group Course is usually given in 3 Sessions of 2 hours per week. The Participants are required to do some homework between Sessions in order to keep up with the rest of the Group. One on one Sessions can be structured to meet the time table of the Individual.

The topics noted above can be altered to suit individual requirements, however we have found those listed are the ones most people need.
This is "now" a hobby for me, not a business, so the cost of the Training has been reduced. Provided people come to my home to take the course, I charge $50.00 per session or $150.00 for the 3 sessions. I do offer discounted rates if more than one person is involved. I also include some other items that can save clients considerable costs. These are explained in detail, prior to starting the course. I don't really like to do the course at people's homes, but under certain circumstances I can arrange it.
