I have now gotten the car back from the bodyshop. It is looking good again. I have been driving it non stop during September, whilst the weather was really good, (Scotland does get the sun sometimes....) but now that it has been raining solid for a week or so, I decided to convert the car back to Left Hand Drive, as it left the factory that way.

I have removed all of the steering gear, dashboard, extra wiring, and all of the adaptor plates used in the conversion, and now have the task of rebuilding everything. This has been a very frustrating process due to the weather, (no garage at present) and to the fact that some of the parts to be removed or relocated have been on as tight as a camel a*s in a sandstorm. THE LANGUAGE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF DISGRACEFUL DURING THIS PROCESS.

I will be posting some photos of my exploits soon, to gauge my progress.
