Chuck is an architectural intern who was hired to repair a large amount of damage done to the Legion's headquarters but his assignment has continued and he has become the Legion Head-quarter's resident repair-man. He once helped defend the headquarters from a band of intruders intent on destroying the complex and was later put in charge of redesigning the Legion Outpost, an orbital space station, to fit the needs of the team. When a group of Legionnaires and the Outpost were "Lost" through a spatial rift and the Legion was disbanded by the New UP President, Leland McCauley, Chuck joined RJ Brande and a small group of Legionnaires to begin work on Legion World and he is the pilot of a unique space-ship called the Bouncing Boy.

Name: Tenzil Kem

Tenzil was noticed by RJ Brande while working for a small restaurant during Brande's tour of the UP. After forming the Legion of Super-Heroes and building their headquarters on Earth, Brande brought Tenzil in to be the resident chef in the HQ commissary. During a raid by intruders intent on destroying the HQ, Tenzil helped repel them along with the other support staff members and has also accompanied the team on a vacation retreat.
Tenzil has the native Bismollian ability to digest almost any substance due to his extremely acidic salivary and digestive juices.
Tenzil's whereabouts during the year following the stargate rift incident are unknown.
