| Scott Hayden was a prosperous lawyer. He had it all. money, popularity, success. Jess his girlfriend in secret, loved him more than words can say. They kept their relashionship a secret becuase Scott's father {Steven} would protest. Not only was Jess 12 years Scott's junior. But to the actuality that she was a waitress. And way below his family class. After keeping the secret for so long {11 months}, it is decidied that they would tell all and announce thier love for each other to everyone. But tragedy strikes and Scott is killed in a lightening storm. With everone back home in Sacramento coming to terms with Scott's sudden death. Jess runs off to Canada. Where drugs become her best friend, Steven {Scotts Father} then becomes obsessed with finding the only woman who was in his sons life. He then meets Joshua {Jess's brother} in a bar one night. They both then team up and go on the hunt to find and bring Jess home. But there lies a mystery from 30 years ago that could be the answer that everyone is looking for. And can a simple wish change the past? |
