The bakery business runs in their family. It started with her father and in the 1960’s she took care of the business. This gave her an extensive background and experience in managing bakeries. So in the 1980’s, she was able to establish one of her own. Just like any entrepreneur, Ms Rose. had her share of pains. But due to her determination to succeed, she was able to surpass the challenges that her business faced. She attended seminars and hired bakers to improve her breads. From just renting a space for her bakery, she now has a building of her own where she runs a fast food as well.
