Kirthar National Park is situated in the Mahal Kohistan area in Dadu District, one of the 4 parks in Pakistan to be included in the United Nations list of national parks, It is well known within and outside the country as a protected refuge of Sindh ibex. Wild sheep, chinkara, gazelle. Leopard. urial hyenas, fox, jackal with rare sights of wolf caracol and Houbara Bustard the migratory visitors are a rare treat to watch for the nature lover and a number of other wild animals birds and reptiles.
