This lake is the main reservoir from where water is supplied to Karachi. It lies 87 kilometers from Karachi on a road which turns from the village of Gujju. The lake is an interesting reserve and has a good rest house of KDA.. An un-metalled road runs round the lake as an artificial embankment for 18 kilometers. An excellent view is available of a large variety of birds, especially the migratory birds in the winter months. Excellent fishing game is available in the lake.
