Amri

About 20 km (12 miles) north of Sann lies Amri. Situated on the ancient mounds that have been extensively excavated, Amri predates the Indus civilization. Its people disappeared when the Indian people rose to power.

The excavations have unearthed the remains of two cultures. One contemporary to the Moen-jo-daro culture and the other prior to the Moen-jo-daro culture.
