Jan. Read an address of welcome on behalf of Bombay citizens for Sir Currimbhoy Ibrahim on his becoming Baronet.

March 16. Spoke in support of Gokhale's Elementary Education Bill, in ILC.

March 17. Introduced Muslim Wakf Validating Bill in ILC.
