2) Senior members can give out new admin passes to existing admins if it has been changed. However if a senior member is asked by someone who is not an admin for the pass or for admin status, the request must be approved by the Emperor.
3) Non senior members should NEVER give out the pass to anyone, even fellow clan members or existing admins. If asked for the password, the person making the request should be referred to rules 1 and 2.
4) If someone lames, admins should NOT repeatedly lame them back. At most a SINGLE grip/kick kill combo to get the message across is all that should be done. Other than that JAG admins should use admin powers to control the server - and not gang up on people.
5) In most cases admin should be used to control lamers. Kicks generally should only be used for lamers who attack unarmed and typing people OR people who repeatedly ignore a legitimate instruction from an admin.
6) For offences like spamming or verbal abuse admins should use kick. Only if after repeated kicks fail to stop someone should a ban be considered.
7) Ideally before a kick at least one CLEAR verbal warning should be given directly to the offender (Saying their name) spelling out the consequences of their actions. Admins should feel free to give more than one warning if appropriate. If the server is mayhem and uncontrollable an admin can kick after a couple of general warnings to everyone (Because its hard to say peoples names when EVERYONE is laming). However admins should try to give targeted warnings where possible.
8) It is not acceptable to kick someone purely for criticising an admin decision if the criticism is calm, reasonable and private. If a person publicly criticises an admin then ask them to use privatemode. If they refuse and continue to publicly criticise treat as verbal abuse under rule 6. Private criticism is acceptable as long as it isn't abusive or repeated so often that it becomes spam (In which case see rule 6 again).
9) Bans MUST be approved by a senior member.
10) Admins should attempt to be fair and to be SEEN to be fair.
11) The Emperor reserves the right to revoke admin status from anyone if he deems it appropriate (Although he will try to be fair in doing so).
12) Anyone who is or requests to be an admin implicitly accepts and subscribes to these rules by making the request.
