| Ani and Ami, very cute nicknames for a very cute looking couple. Their story begins in Episode One, the Phantom Menace, when Amidala was once the queen of Nabbo and Anakin was a slave boy on Tatooine. It's your classic story of commoner saving the princess and the two of them falling in love with one and other. Of course there's nothing very common about the Chosen One and even Amidala herself is an interesting character. What makes their relationship intriguing is the strange coupling and how we all know that this relationship will eventually spawn the twins Luke and Leia Skywalker. We also know that this is somewhat of a doomed relationship once it leads up to Episode III. Anakin will soon embrace his darkside and become the monster known as Darth Vader. Though for now, we can all enjoy the romance of this great couple. Episode II News: The Star Wars Episode II trailer is now out in the theatres. And the title of the new Star Wars movie is... Attack of the Clones!!! Yes, it's official, Attack of the Clones is the new title of Episode II, the Anakin and Padme's love story. There's been a lot of bashing and flaming, but I for one like this title. It really fits in with the rest of the saga. The only that's wrong with it is that it goes against the storyline. As Everybody knows, the true love story between Anakin and Padme happens in Episode II. There's a lot of speculation and fact about what's going to happen in that episode. It's ten years after The Phantom Menace It's believed that Padme is no longer the Queen of Naboo, instead she has taken the role of Senator. A new danger is forming in the galaxy, and they are called the Confederacy, led by Count Dooku. Count Dooku is the new Sith apprentice, Darth Tyrannus. There'll be a few new worlds called Geonosis, Kamino. We'll be returning to Tatooine, Naboo and Coruscant. We learn the origins of Storm Troopers and Boba Fett There'll be a large war against the Jedi and the Confederacy, resulting in a massacre in the Jedi ranks. Anakin will be taking his first steps to the darkside. Padme and Anakin will fall in love and get married near the end of the movie. |
