Jacob with Heather

The girl in the picture above wrote this beautiful prayer for Jacob. Her name is Heather. We didn't find out who wrote it until the day Zach's bravery award was presented to him. She's a very sweet girl who still keeps in touch with Jacob.

For a boy named Jacob who's ill and scared...
 
Say a prayer for this precious child.....
That he'll go home soon with a smile......
 
Say a prayer for his family and friends.....
Who just want to hear him laughing again.....
 
Say a prayer for a minute or two....
I'm sure he'd do the same for you.....
 
My prayer for Jacob is to stay strong
and his life be filled with love and laughter
for this year, and beyond....
