Technical Support We offer Computer and Internet Technical Support for residential and business customers in a variety of unique ways. In Home - If you live in the Upstate New York area, we can come to your home or place of business for hands on Technical Support. We offer installation of software, set up of new hardware and training. If your screen is frozen, your mouse won't work, or you just bought a new piece of equipment and would like someone to show you how to use it, we can help. We explain things in plain English, unlike typical telephone support. We also offer gift certificates which are a great idea if you are buying a new piece of software or hardware for a friend or family member. We offer special group rates for organizations, businesses, or your whole neighborhood. Contact us for more information.
