The list has been disappointingly quiet lately and I wonder if the present world clime has anything to do with it, or if everyone's real life is being a bear and biting hard, or if ideas for fictions has dried up for a few writers on the list. Perhaps the newer members are shy and need a kind of 'in' for their first fiction posting, or need some kind of stimuli to get started. Therefore, I've decided to post a weekly list challenge, inviting all on the list to submit a few pages, a few lines a few words in relation to the image that I'll be putting on the Yahoo webpage each Friday night/Saturday Morning (Depending where you live!).
I originally toyed with the idea of running caption competitions but there is another list for that and I didn't want to step on toes. Then the idea of putting a new picture up each week, preferably un-manipulated, straight from the screen, to inspire a fic from the JDlite members might be a good thing.
The first image is the one on the left there - with Jack sniffing at Daniel. Click on it to enlarge. This pic comes from an episode that neither Tuckerg1 or I can identify. If you know it, please let me know. Thanks to Tucker for this image that got me started :) Please acknowledge Tuckerg1 as the source if you copy it for elsewhere.
