Current Release:

Ixion: Okay, so lets just get this question out of the way... why did you leave American Head Charge?
Wayne: Differences in vision.

Ixion: For how long did you know your place in AHC would be coming to an end?
Wayne: The day we parted was last day.

Ixion: Are you still keeping in touch with the band?
Wayne: Not really.

Ixion: Do you think your replacement will be fitting for the band?
Wayne: Sure.

Ixion: What happens now? Have you started any new projects?
Wayne: I am writing and jamming with many musicians. DonnaMatrix is the new project.

Ixion: Is your old label looking into any future projects?
Wayne: ????

Ixion: Going along with future endevors, what direction would you like to take with it?
Wayne: I want to speak to the world and make it smlie.

Ixion: What was your best expirience playing out with AHC? Was is a specific show, tour, etc?
Wayne: Playing live shows was the best part.

Ixion: What is your favorite song off of AHC's album, "The War of Art"?
Wayne: I don't have a favorite.

Ixion: If you could replace any guitarist, in any band... who would you choose, and why?
Wayne: I don't think I would like to replace anyone. Everyone has their own special characteristics that makes them special.

Ixion: Do you have expirience with any other instruments, or aspirations to do so... or are you just gonna stick to guitar?
Wayne: I also play bass guitar, drums, various percussion, harmonica, trumpet, baritone, banjo, piano, Kazoo, xylophone, electronic music and I love singing. I would love to learn the accordian and saxophone someday.

Ixion: How did your musical life begin? In other words... what got you into music?
Wayne: School band 5th grade percussion.

Ixion: What were your musical influences growing up and what are some of your influences of today?
Wayne: The solo's at the end of Queen's "We will rock you" and at the end of Prince's "When dove's cry" were a couple of the things that threw me over the edge inspired me to learn how to play guitar. I love A Perfect Circle and anything Mike Patton has accomplished.

Ixion: Now that you're basically a free agent, what position would you rather be thrown into: a)Start your own band and work from the ground up. Or, b)Come into an established band?
Wayne: I am currently working on my own band, but if the right thing comes along I'd join an established band.

Ixion: Whats in your cd player right now?
Wayne: Pressure 4-5 the songs are so well written and full of energy. I recommend getting it as soon as possible.

Ixion: If you weren't a musician, what would you be doing?
Wayne: I'll never know.

Ixion: Where do you see yourself in a few years?
Wayne: Everywhere again.

Ixion: Anything else you would like to say in conclusion?
Wayne: Believe in yourself and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. : ) Wayne Kile
