Quatre Raberba Winner is the gentlest of the Gundam pilots. He, like Milliardo Peacecraft, comes from a family that advocates total pacifism. Quatre believes in peace, but he believes that sometimes, battle is needed to bring about that peace.
Quatre is extremely gentle and tender hearted. This makes him a wonderful person, but as a soldier, this makes him flawed. He is not focused on the mission sometimes, and can lose the plot as a result. He has the unique ability, however, to unite the Gundam pilots. As a result, he eventually becomes the informal leader of the Gundam pilots.
Quatre is also unique in that he commands a mobile suit force that is 40 strong. This force is loyal to him, and they are always ready to sacrifice their lives for Master Quatre. Quatre is always trying to keep them out of harm's way, despite the fact that this annoys them.
