Sif- Wife of God Thor. her golden hair was cut by Loki.. In return it was placed by real strands of gold by the dwarf smiths.
Siggeir- Lord of darkness. Husband of Signy in which he was murdered by.
Sig- Son of Odin yet he is mortal. Father of Rerir.
Sigmund- Sun hero. he furnished the fallen warriors in Valhalla with swords. he alone was able to pull gram the magical sword from the oak tree where Odin had thrusted it.
Signy- Dawn goddess. Sister of Sigmund and wife of Siggeir. She killed Siggeir to avenge the death of Volsung, in which Siggeir was responsible.
Sigurd- Hero in the Volsunga. Born after father Sugmunds death, Sigurd encouraged by Regin killed Fafnir, so he could have the treasure stolen by Andarvi.
Sigyn- Earth goddess and Wife of Loki. She sites by her husband with a bowl in hand to collect the venom which drips upon him, as he is tied by his sons intestines and the Midgard serpent drips venom upon him, The act of Odin and Thor.

Sindri- Master Dwarf smith. he lives in a hall in the Nida mountains. he was the dwarf smith who replaced Thor's wives hair when Loki had it cut off, for the offence infringed upon Sif, Thor wanted Loki's head. At the same time, they made the hair, Sindri and his brother Brokk made the ship Skidbladnir, and the magical spear Gungir. Loki placed his head up on the block and made a wager with Brokk and Sindri, He bet they wouldn't not be able to fashion 3 items of such great quality again, if the did, Loki would lose the bet, and they may have his head. The dwarf brothers set upon their tasks, Sindri placed a hog into the forge and instructed Brokk to blow the bellows, and not to stop till his return. Mean while a fly kept annoying Brokk. Brokk ignored the fly even with it landing on his neck. When he lifted the hog from the forge, it turned into a boar with golden thistles. The boar was Gullin-Bursti. When Sindri returned he lifted the ring known as Draupnir, next Sindri placed a piece of iron in the forge and instructed Brokk once again to keep the blowing the bellows until his return. This time the fly landed between Brokk's eyes and stung him. The blood was so bad, it filled Brokk's eyes and blinded him, but Brokk kept blowing the bellows until Sindri's return. When Sindri returned, they lifted the hammer called Mjollnir. Brokk set out to Asgard to collect the head of Loki. They settled a place of judgment, and the Aesir were the judges, Odin, Thor and Freyr were the ones to place judgment. Loki gave Odin the spear, thro the hair and Freyr the ship. Brokk gave Odin the spear, Thor the hammer and Freyr the boar. The Aesir decided Brokk was the winner. The wager was Loki's head. Loki wanted to reclaim his head but Brokk wouldn't hear of it, Loki wearing magical shoes took huge steps over sea and land Brokk asked Thor to assist him. Loki was soon captured. The dwarf was ready to cut off Loki's head when Loki reminded him the wager was ONLY for his head, and not his neck, Brokk then decided to sew Loki's lips together instead. The name Sindri is also the name for the hall with the red roof after Ragnarok.
Sinfiotli- Werewolf. Son of Sigmund. He was killed but brought back to life, he Avenged the death of Volsungs. He is also helped by his mother who murdered Siggeir.
Sjufn- Messenger goddess who inspires human passion, also attendant to Frigga.
Skadi- Goddess of winter. Goddess of the chase, and daughter of Hrim-Thurs, or Thiassi. Because of her fathers death, the gods allowed her to chose a husband from the gods. Blindfolded she could only see the feet of the gods. She wanted to choose Balder, but picked Njord instead. Later they separated and she ran into Odin. They had a son named Saeming who became first king of Norway. Later she married the winter god Uller. She was the one to fasten the serpent over Loki's head. Loki was in such pain his movements caused earthquakes. She is normally seen with wolves, or dogs.
Skirnir- Messenger to Freyr, who won the giantess Gerda.
Skoll- Giant wolf whom may be a god of eclipses. He pursues the sun daily and will swallow it before Ragnarok. His brother Hati peruses the moon. Some say he is the son of Fenrir.
Skrymir- Thor, Loki and Thialfi were traveling thru the land of giants in route to Utgard. They met Skrymir and he joined them on their journey. It seemed they giant placed them with odd feelings. Feelings of anger and frustration. Thor tried to kill Skrymir, later the found Skrymir was Loki using his powers.
Snorta- Goddess of knowledge and virtue, Attendant of Frigga
Sol- Children of Mundilfari.. Sol for the sun and his brother Mon for the moon.
Sudri- One of the 4 dwarfs to support the heavens vault, made from the skull of Ymir.
Summer- God of summer and enemy of the winter gods.
Sun- Daughter of Mundilfari. She drives the sun on its coarse thru the heavens.
Sutru- Fire god, Fire giant that guards Muspells-heim. His sword shot flames which he used to melt the ice from the river Elivagar. In Ragnarok Surtr will be leading with Loki, Hel, Fenrir and Garm. He will kill Freyr and proceeds the end of the world with Freyrs own sword.
Swanhild- Daughter of Sigurd and Gudrun. Swanhild married Jormunkrek. He accused her of adultery and had her trampled by horses till her death. She was so beautiful, the horses wouldn't trample her.
Syn- Goddess of trails and Tribunals, she guards the door to Frigga.
