Atomic Designs is a graphic design business focused on creating images, logos, or other customized graphics. Atomic Designs takes these images or provided images to create custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, vinyl stickers, hats and more. We use different techniques to create different looks depending on the job such as dye sublimation, vinyl cutting, or screen printing.

T-Shirts

Sublimation - The process of creating this type of t-shirt is to print a graphic design on a special printer using sublimation inks. We then use a heat press to transfer the ink to the tshirt. This process creates a more natural feeling and looking tshirt.

Vinyl Transfer - The process of creating this type of t-shirt is to print a graphic design onto vinyl transfer paper and then using a heat press to transfer the image to a t-shirt. This method allows for wider choices for colors, however there is a noticable film on the shirt.

Screen Printing - This is the most complicated and expensive method for t-shirt creation since a screen needs to be produced for each design and sometimes multiple screens if you want multiple colors. This process is best for large orders.
