These are the playlists for the shows that I've done on CKCU. I try and update this page as the show airs, letting you know what's currently playing, but it's probably best to give me a day to get it up here with artist links and everything. If you'd like to listen to me, my show broadcasts Monday mornings, 10:00 'til 11:30 AM Eastern, and can be heard in Ottawa, Canada, western Quebec and northern New York state by tuning into 93.1 FM, and it is also available worldwide via the Internet and streaming Real Audio by going to CKCU's audio page.

If you'd like to purchase anything you've heard on the show, I've created a page with links to stores, both local and online, that may be able to help you out.

Snailhouse is in town June 17 (with Julie Doiron); M.I.A. samples the Dr Buzzard track; I saw "Cloudbusting" on TV last night, which started my sun/rain set brainstorming (heh heh) (although I sort of ruined that set by playing the Utah Saints) (which was played because it sampled "Cloudbusting" so I guess I didn't ruin the set too badly). I can't find any decent info on the net regarding Ottawa's own Tupac. Ryan says he plays that Bouchard song all the time (I said it was from a new comp); I will break him at mini-golf, just you watch. I'm going to try and develope a new on-air persona for myself where I am more smarmy than Adam Grachnik. Wish me luck!

This was a fill-in for Whatever's Cool with Me, as the host, Ryan, was in Algonquin Park. He and his friends managed to secure financing, and are filming (well, DV'ing) a remake of the 1987 film, Masters of the Universe, with Ryan playing the lead. They originally made the agreement to do this 15 years ago at that very location over Pop RocksTM and High C(R), and only this past winter cleared up the rights to do so. Meanwhile, TeleFilm Canada has rejected my grant application for financing for my movie, which is to be shot entirely from the point of view of a jive-talking butterfly.
