3. Interview continued
At the end of the interview you are told if your application is approved or rejected.

In the case of a positive answer you are also given the Certificate of Selection for Quebec.  The positive answer means that you are already accepted as a Perminant Resident in Quebec and the Quebec government will make the request to the Federal Government of Canada to issue you aand your family a visa.
