4.  Communication with the Canadian Embassy in Romania
After the interview your documents are sent to the Canadian Embassy in Romania.  You are requested by them to mail the following documents:
1. Conviction record
2. Payment of the Landing Fee : 970 CAD / person
3. Bank statement for the ammount of 10000CAD for the main applicant and 2000CAD per person for all the other members of the application.

Note - In all the questionnaires that you complete, put in the total maximum amount of assets you own.  This includes properties, car, etc..... along with the total cash ammount you currently hold in CAD.

Medical Test Results - the processing of these documents usually take about 6 months at minimum.

You finally receive the visa via mail or collection in person from Sofia.  The visa should be validated within a year of being issued.

At all the steps of the immigration procedure you receive detailed instructions by the Councillor Service of Quebec or the Canadian Embassy.
