| BROCCOLI SALAD- 1 point 1 head broccoli 2 tsp. olive oil juice of 1/2 lemon Steam broccoli. Drain and toss with olive oil and lemon juice; chill. This recipe serves2, 1 point per serving. |

| COLESLAW WITH CARAWAY DRESSING- 1 point 3 tbs light mayonaise 2 tbs cider vinegar 1 tbs caraway seeds 1 tsp sugar fresh ground pepper to taste 1 small head green cabbage, shredded 2 carrots, shredded 1 onion, grated Prepare the dressing; in a small bowl, mix together the mayonaise, vinegar, caraway seeds, sugar and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and onion. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill 2-3 hours before serving. Serves 4, 1 point/serving |
