| NACHOS- 4 points 6 fat free flour tortillas (6 inch) cooking spray 3 oz. low fat cheddar or low fat jalapeno cheddar, shredded 20 small ripe black olives, sliced 1 small onion, finely diced 8 ounces prepared salsa Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Stack the 6 flour tortillas and cut into eighths to make 48 chips. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and arrange the tortilla chips on the sheet. Spray the chips with cooking spray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the chips begin to brown and get crisp. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the chips with the shredded cheese, onions and olives. Return to oven and bake for 1 to 2 minutes, until the cheese melts. Serve with salsa. Serves 4. A serving of 12 nacho chips with salsa is 4 points. |
