| CUCUMBER MELBA APPETIZERS- 3.5 points 1 (8 oz.) tub light cream cheese 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing Melba toast rounds- any kind cucumber slices fresh chopped dill Combine the cream cheese with the Italian dressing mix; blend well. Spread about 2 tsp. of the mixture on the Melba toast rounds. Top each with a cucumber slice and some dill. This recipe makes about 24 appetizers. One serving (3.5 points) is 5 appetizers. |

| GARLIC CRISPS- 1 point 1 pkg. soft garlic breadsticks (these come 8 to a package) olive oil cooking spray salt Slice the breadsticks into 1/4 inch slices (about 20 slices per breadstick). Place in a single layer on baking sheets. Spray with the olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a pre-heated 300 degree F. oven for 10 minutes. ?Turn slices over and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until crisp. Let cool and store in plastic bags. These are great with any of the dip recipes. A serving of 7 slices is 1 point. |

| BAGEL CRISPS- 1 point bagels- any of the savory bagels, such as onion, garlic, sesame, but not pre-sliced olive oil cooking spray salt Slice each bagel into 1/4 inch slices (about 24 slices per bagel.) Spray with the olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a pre-heated 300 degree F. oven for 10 minutes. Turn the slices over and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until crisp. Let cool and store in plastic bags. 4 crisps per serving is 1 point. |
