WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE! It's good to see you again! Stay a while and I'll put the coffee on! This month's recipe for BLUE RIBBON CARROT CAKE is a classic. It's a little more involved than most carrot cake recipes, but so worth the effort! My friend Justine suggested this cake when I was writing my cookbook. She told me her mother got the recipe from the Gus Saunders radio show "The Boston Yankee Kitchen" years ago. I tried it and found that it far surpassed any other carrot cake recipe that I've used before. In fact it is so well liked by members of my family that it has become the cake of choice for birthday celebrations- in fact I just made it for my daughter Sally's birthday last week.! Let me know how you like it!
