FRESH FRUIT WITH CITRUS GINGER SAUCE

FRESH FRUIT WITH CITRUS GINGER SAUCE

      3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
         3 tablespoons light sour cream
   1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
         1 tablespoon orange marmalade
         1 tablespoon ginger root, finely chopped (or grated)

         4 cups fresh fruit (apples, pears, grapes, oranges, nectarines, kiwi, etc.
Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, lime juice, marmalade and ginger root to make the sauce.  Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.  Cut up the fresh fruit and serve with the sauce.
