        ITKWM RECIPE OF THE MONTH
                         JULY 2001

SIRLOIN ROLL-UPS
Summertime!- and one of America's most favorite passtimes is cooking outdoors on the grill!  Try this great recipe for SIRLOIN ROLL-UPS this summer.  Your guests will be delighted and  impressed!
WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE!  It's so good to see you again! Make yourself comfortable and I'll put some coffee on! This month's recipe for SIRLOIN ROLL-UPS is one that my sister Mary Ann developed a couple of years ago and it is so delicious!  You just have to try it.  You can make it in your broiler oven too, but it's great on the grill.  I hope everyone is enjoying the summer.  I just had a wonderful two weeks with my nephews William and Philip-  they came here to Massachusetts from California to spend a vacation while their parents went to Italy.  We had so much fun!!  Wishing you all a wonderful, happy and safe 4th of July!! And if you try this recipe, let me know how you like it.
IN THE KITCHEN ~  WITH MOM is my first cookbook!!  It was printed in December 1999.  It is a collection of 173 recipes that I have developed and acquired over the years from family and friends.  All the recipes featured  in "Recipe of the Month" come from the book.  The book has been reprinted, and is now available for $19.95, which includes shipping and handling.
