FERRARIS GOING TO FACE NEW CHALLENGERS AT THE NURBURGRING
NUOVI SFIDANTI PER LE FERRARI AL NURBURGRING
The Sports Racing World Cup leaders Pescatori and Terrien, winners of three races this year with the JMB-Giesse Ferrari 333 SP, have really no reasons to feel bored of the results of the latest races which have seen them winning over a ever more competitive field. The next race, on the Nurburgring Grand Prix Circuit will see the partecipation of three more potential-winner cars.

I leaders della Sports Racing World Cup, Pescatori e Terrien, vincitori di tre gare quest'anno con la Ferrari 333 SP della JMB-Giesse, non hanno di che sentirsi annoiati per i risultati delle ultime gare che li hanno visti vincitori su una concorrenza sempre pi� competitiva. La prossima gara, sul circuito Grand Prix del Nurburgring vedr� la partecipazione di altre tre macchine potenzialmente vincenti.

The most important comparison is between the best SRWC Ferraris (top photo) and the Doran Special (photo above), a Frankenstein car obtained from the Ferrari 333 SP chassis and the Judd V10 engine.The Doran Special has raced until now in the Grand-Am and in a few ALMS races, with good results, struggling for the Grand-Am title until the end of this.
The drivers will be Didier Theis (B) and Freddy Lienhard (CH).

Il confronto pi� importante � tra le migliori Ferrari della SRWC (foto iniziale) e la Doran Special (foto sopra), una macchina Frankenstein ottenuta da un telaio Ferrari 333 SP e da un motore Judd V10. La Doran Special ha corso finora nella Grand-Am e in alcune corse ALMS, con buoni risultati e lottando fino alla fine per il titolo Grand-Am. I piloti saranno Didier Theis (B) e Freddy Lienhard (CH).

Another strong new entry is the Bscher BMW V12 LM 98. On the home circuit Thomas Bscher will try to confirm the good performances obtained until now with his ex-works BMW and will start with one and only target: the victory. The german business man Thomas Bscher will have Geoff Lees (GB) as his partner.

Last but not least, the Lola B2K/10 runned by Konrad Motorsport and powered by a Ford engine. Is not a beauty but his revolutionary design allows the car to run two second for lap faster than the previous Lola B98/10. At the Nurburgring will be driven by Franz Konrad itself and another pilot not yet choosen.
